My Pet is a mobile app, that enables the pet owners to maintain the pet’s information, medical records , grooming , expenses, training and more. Also provides useful information about the daily care of the pet.

My Pet is protected by copyright law and as result of this: Do not modify, transmit, display, sale, republication, copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication and commercial exploitation of downloaded material.

* My Pet has no responsibility for the uploaded content by the user
* My Pet does not upload or sends medical or personal records without the user submission
* My Pet has no responsibility for the services provided by third parties
* My Pet provides you some tips and advices about your pet’s health. In any case (emergency or not) contact your vet!

MYPET IS NOT LICENSED TO, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE, VETERINARY ADVICE, AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OR INSURE THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR THAT IT HAS BEEN PROPERLY UPDATED. THE CONTENT IS NOT PROVIDED FOR VETERINARY PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR PET’S CONDITION SHOULD BE REFERRED TO YOUR VETERINARIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL. My Pet may NOT be used:
1. As a replacement to your vet.

My Pet must be used:
1. To keep your pet’s medical records.
3. As a tool that every pet owner, vet, sitter, groomer, breeder etc must have.

What You Directly Provide Us
A user may send all or partialy My Pet records and files located in their device to My Pet cloud for the following purposes:
1. For access them using a web browser (Web Access Portal)
2. To synchronize them between 2 or more devices
3. For backup purposes

The user may connect their owner ID with their email address. My Pet does not uses the collected email addresses for promotional or any other purpose. We do NOT share or transmit the collected email addresses to third parties or other companies. Also in case of a post for adopt or lost alert for a pet, the user may publish contact info (i.e.: email, phone number, address etc); We do NOT have any responsibility for the published content as well for the use by other users. The user may change or remove any contact info anytime. We do NOT share or transmit the published content to third parties or other companies for any purpose.

What You Automatically Provide Us When You Use Our Services
We do not collect any data from user automatically. My Pet designed to work offline.

Information We Collect When You Contact Us
When you contact us to provide feedback or requesting support, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer. For instance, if you submit artwork, files, or any other materials to us, we will collect what you give us.

Important! My Pet has no responsibility for missed or corrupted data due to Internet connectivity problems or limitations.

User Data Deletion
The user may choose and remove their own uploaded data, files, documents, backup files, records used for synchronization procedures, posted topics, posted comments and any account info from My Pet cloud anytime.

Our Security
We take appropriate and reasonable technical measures to protect the user uploaded data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our servers are located in secured corporate data centers located in U.S. The databases and files are stored in encrypted storages with daily backup procedures. All communications with My Pet servers are transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) for all of our services. Owner login accounts require a username and password to log in. Users must keep their username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only provide users with instructions on how to reset them.

Data Privacy
We DO NOT share, transfer or grand access to user’s uploaded data or files to anyone for any purpose. The user may remove on demand the uploaded content from our servers any time. We do NOT use or analyse the user’s uploaded data for any purpose other than the original purpose.

My Pet may contain links to other websites. My Pet does not control the content of such websites or whether such websites collect or process your personal data. My Pet assumes no responsibility or liability for any kind of material available at such websites. To determine how such websites will process your personal data, you must review their privacy policies.
